octobeRRRR days

October days R about to end. That means the sem break is almost over and it'll be back to school on Monday. For this week, it's enrolment time again. I wonder what subjects I'll be taking this sem. And I ponder, how yet again to improve on teaching the old subjects to my new students.

Octobrrr days R getting cooler. We know so because we turn off the air conditioners in the OR earlier now. When it's hot outside, it's hot in the OR even with the ACs on. When it's cold outside, it gets cold in the OR very fast and I have to wear my special OR jacket to keep from shivering. Or if nobody objects, I have some of the the ACs turned down or better yet, turned off.

October days R when the leaves turn gold and red and tangerine. But that is elsewhere because in my country the leaves are always green. Except for the flame trees that lined the walk that I used to take back in far gone college days. I dream of one day walking in a place where there are lots of colors, both on the trees and on the ground. In the meantime, coloring this post will have to suffice.

October days R getting shorter and the nights longer. Soon it'll be Halloween. Although we don't call it that of course. We call it Tingkalalag. Boooh!
