Like so many issues local and foreign, a lot of things are taking shape, in this most thrilling and crucial of times. Just like this building downtown, near the Quezon Park and kampanaryo, things are looking up. For when you're down, is there any other way to go?

it's going to be a commercial center and i saw that one of the first floor cubicles is going to be a restaurant, Highway 10 something, and their specialty is roast chicken. hmm.
