If cats could talk, for sure our pets, Miming 1 and Miming 2, the kittens of Mom Miming, would have a lot of stories to tell because at the height of Saturday's deluge, they were seen swimming vigorously in the swift current, scampering up walls and ledges, hanging on to this flotsam and that jetsam, and generally having a tempestuous time. Wonder how these little creatures survived the flood? Legend has it that cats have nine lives...
