I had not seen a rainbow in a long, long time so when one late afternoon, there came a very faint one at the boulevard, I just had to stop and try to capture the gossamer color arc with my trusty Nokia phone.

I love catching sight of a rainbow too. For some reason, it's uplifting. It makes you think...no matter what...things are gonna be all right. :)
me too! i miss them! haven't seen one for a long time.
have you caught sight of a rarer form of rainbow called the circumzenithal arc -- it's kindof like a rain-underbow. Truly amazing.
