Negros Oriental doctors, after a motorcade to increase public awareness about the dangers of the amendment to the Generics Act Bill, release white balloons up unto the skies at the Provincial Capitol grounds.
I don't know if the public knew what the motorcade of cars and motorcycles with white balloons was all about. [Incidentally, that's one of the things that's :-( about Dumaguete. There are so many parades that cause traffic.) But I know that the motorcade and the program which followed, made the doctors understand better the issues involved in this amendment.

Surgeon Dr. Bong was not able to join the motorcade but he joins the fray by writing about his own experience with a patient...
